- - All Hired articles remain the property of Jester Fancy Dress.
- - A security bond will be required at the time of hire. This can be left as cash or a credit card imprint.
- - If the costume is not returned on or before the due date you will be charged a late fee of $10 per day until the costume is returned.
Overdue charges must be paid before the security bond is returned. - - Cancellation fees may apply.
- - You will not alter the garments in any way.
- - Damaged or lost articles must be paid for at the current replacement costs.
- - Acceptable photo ID must be provided before the costumes will be released.
- - Costumes will not be exchanged after leaving the store.
- - Cleaning costs are included in the hire.
- - You agree to hire the costumes at your own risk and indemnify Jester Fancy Dress against claims of any injury, damage and loss from the use of the costumes.
- - Whilst all care is taken to ensure the costume is hired in good condition, you should inspect the costume and point out any defects to a member of staff before the costume leaves the premises.
